Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Lyrik Life Sciences products are non-returnable due to the product’s hygiene/health and personal care/wellness/consumable nature.
  2. We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need a refund or replacement for Lyrik Life Sciences product, here’s what to do:

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Take clear pictures of the product itself, the invoice, both inner and outer packaging, and the batch number.

Send all the information, including the pictures, to our support team at [email protected] or by phone with a call to customer care number +91 2269711533.

3. Kindly take a picture of the damaged/tampered side of the product or package.

4.  Please allow us 10 to 15 days from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product before issuing a refund/replacement.

 5. You will be eligible for a full refund or exchange without incurring any additional charges if it is the case of:

a. Package has accessories missing.
b. Damaged or broken bottles/packs.
c. Wrong product delivery.
d. Expired product delivery

6. If you receive the wrong item in your order, follow these steps for a smooth return:

Keep it Safe: Please handle the item with care and ensure it remains unused, undamaged, and saleable.

Original Packaging is Key: Keep the product in its original packaging, including any manufacturer’s packaging that was included.

Hold Onto the Invoice: Don’t throw away your invoice! You’ll need it for the return process.

By following these steps, you’ll help us expedite a successful pick-up and return of the wrong item.

7. Returns will not be accepted if:

a. The product is damaged.
b. It is without an invoice.
c. It is with tampered batch number and price. It is without its original packaging.

 Please do not use the item you have raised a complaint about.

8. If a pilfered delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made within 24 hours of the order delivery.

Products once delivered, will not be applicable for a refund if they fall under any of the scenarios stated below:

a. Failure to provide adequate information about the case.
b. Failure to provide snapshots of the Invoice, packet, and box (if any)

Exchange

Here’s how to exchange an unused product:

  • Initiate within 30 Days: You have 30 days from the original order shipment date to let us know about your exchange.
  • Return to Us Promptly: Pack the unused item securely in its original packaging and send it back to us within 30 days of the original shipment date. Please note, that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs of the exchange.
  • Share Courier Details: Let us know the courier company and tracking information for your return shipment. You can email this information to us at customercare@[email protected]
  • Fast Replacements: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange and ship the replacement product within 5-7 working days.
